Featured on WBOY-TV 304 Today
I’m grateful for the opportunity to be featured on WBOY-TV’s 304 Today.
Getting the chance to be in the studio and talk about Cecil Odell Music and The Sound of the West Virginia Line meant a lot to me. It’s always an honor to have the music and the mission behind it put in front of more people across West Virginia.
What I’m building with Cecil Odell Music has always been about more than just releasing songs. It’s about making music that sounds like home. Music rooted in real West Virginia places, real people, real work, real faith, real loss, and real pride. The spotlight post about the segment described you as the force behind “The Sound of the West Virginia Line,” which is exactly the bigger story I want this music to tell.
Being featured on 304 Today was a meaningful moment because it helped bring that story to a wider audience. Any time West Virginia music gets a platform like that, it matters. Any time somebody takes the time to highlight what I’m doing, I don’t take it lightly.
I’m thankful to WBOY-TV, 304 Today, Lauren Winans, and Heather Hull for the time, the support, and the chance to talk about this music.
If you found Cecil Odell Music through that feature, welcome.
And if you’ve already been here supporting the music, the posts, the videos, and the mission behind it, thank you. I appreciate every bit of it.
There is still a lot more coming.
Cecil Odell
