Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Orders typically process in 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time After It Ships

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. Typical delivery estimates are:

USA: 3 to 7 business days  
International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on country and customs processing

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are based on your location, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

Domestic standard shipping rates apply to United States orders only. Free standard shipping promotions or thresholds, when available, apply to eligible domestic orders only unless stated otherwise.

International Orders

Cecil Odell Music ships to select international countries. Available international shipping rates are calculated at checkout through supported carriers.

International customers may see prices in their local currency where available. Duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are not collected at checkout and may be due upon delivery depending on the destination country’s rules.

International shipping times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cecilodellmusic.com with:

Your order number  
A photo of the item and packaging

We will work with our production partner to replace the item or resolve the issue.

Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with household members and your local carrier first.

If it still cannot be located, email us and we will help you file a claim or review available options.

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.
