Are Cecil Odell Music products made to order?
Many apparel, poster, drinkware, and gift items are produced to order through our production partners. This helps us offer more West Virginia, department, community, and song-specific designs without carrying a warehouse full of inventory.
How long does shipping take?
Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. The estimate shown during checkout is the best guide for your order. Orders containing different product types can arrive in separate packages.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us through the store contact page and include your order information plus clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Apparel & Product Options
Why are there so many product photos?
Many apparel designs are available in several colors. The product gallery is there so you can see how the design looks across the available options before choosing a color and size.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the sizing information on the individual product page when available. Fit can vary by garment style, so check the product details before ordering.
Music
Do you sell physical CDs?
Yes. The store includes physical CDs, album sets, and other music products. Availability varies by release.
How do digital downloads work?
Digital-download products do not include a physical shipment. Delivery information is provided after purchase for eligible digital products.
Can I order a custom CD?
Yes. Custom CD options are available through the Custom Services and Music & CDs areas of the store. Follow the instructions on the product page for the current song-selection options.

Do you make merchandise for specific West Virginia counties, towns, VFDs, and departments?
Yes. Cecil Odell Music carries merchandise connected to West Virginia counties, towns, volunteer fire departments, first responders, and local communities. Use Department & Community Merch or the interactive West Virginia map to explore what is currently available.
Can a department or community contact Cecil Odell Music about a project?
Yes. Use the Contact or Partnerships page with the department or organization name, the purpose of the project, important details, and any event date or deadline. Custom projects are reviewed case by case.
Mission & Purchases
Is Cecil Odell Music a nonprofit?
No. Cecil Odell Music LLC is a for-profit business. Store purchases are ordinary retail purchases and should not be treated as charitable contributions unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.
International Orders
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, or import fees may be due upon delivery depending on the destination.
