Original Tribute Music for All 55 West Virginia County Sheriff's Departments

Cecil Odell Music completed original tribute music for all 55 West Virginia county sheriff's departments. Each county project was built around real places, county identity, local communities, and the people who serve them.

The project grew from a personal foundation. The first song on Blue Line & Bloodlines was written for Cecil Odell's father, who served 30 years in law enforcement and was elected to two terms as Sheriff of Lincoln County, West Virginia.

From there, the idea expanded into a statewide body of work intended to make every county feel heard.
